Laser Lipolysis
Laser lipolysis is a minimally invasive, body contouring procedure that uses laser energy to reduce fat cells of your body that are often difficult to change with diet and exercise. It can be used to treat areas of your body, including:
- Abdomen
- Back
- Neck
- Calves
- Hips
- Butt
- Obliques –“love handles”
- Thighs
- Upper arms
How it works
The laser penetrates the layer of fat making fat from adipocytes (fat cells) pass into the interstitial tissue and is eliminated naturally by the body. The treatment session lasts for 10-30 minutes per zone and recommends a weekly session, the number of sessions depends on the desired effect. Treatment can be up to or 8-10 weeks. Lipo-Laser is described as laser-assisted lipolysis (the breakdown of stored fat in fat cells) or non-surgical liposuction.
